I had a facelift in April 2026. I spoke with the coordinator, Afef, who was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions promptly and honestly. It was Dr Necdet Urhan who performed my surgery. He was amazing, all his staff were fabulous I’m only 29 days post op and can’t believe how quickly I’m healing. I would 100% recommend Dr Urhan and his team.

I had sleep apnea and snoring surgery. I was very impressed with the hospital it’s better than any private hospital I’ve been to in the UK. All the staff were very polite, and professional and could not do enough for you. The surgeon examined me and explained what the surgery would consist of and answered any questions I had. After the surgery, I was well looked after by the team anything I needed they did. I would highly recommend, for the standard of treatment it was exceptional value for money. 2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. I travelled to Kuşadası with Elite Med Clinic for a breast uplift and implant change on 5th January 2026. I honestly cannot put into words how incredible the entire experience was. From the moment I landed, I was greeted at the airport and taken straight to the hotel, where Ozlem and Mustafa welcomed me like family. They instantly put me at ease and made me feel completely safe and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time or the request. I had wanted this surgery for years, and the moment I met Ozlem, all my nerves disappeared — I just knew I had made the right decision. The care at the hospital was beyond anything I expected. Every single nurse was kind, gentle, and genuinely caring, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. Dr Akad was absolutely amazing — he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and checked on me throughout my stay. I felt truly listened to and completely looked after. The level of care was next-level in every sense. Ozlem’s support didn’t stop at the hospital doors. She was in constant contact before I travelled, during my stay (at any hour), and continued to check in on me once I was back home recovering. That level of dedication and compassion is rare, and it made all the difference to my confidence and peace of mind. Choosing Elite Med Clinic was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Without a doubt, I will 100% be returning to them for any future procedures. I am beyond grateful for everything they have done and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had my sleeve surgery with Prof A. Mickevicius on 19/9/23 at the clinic in Lithuania. After a great deal of research I chose the Professor because of his links to the NHS here in the UK. I was reassured by the cost (more expensive than Turkey but cheaper than UK), as well as the Professor’s vast experience in bariatric surgery. From the early stages of enquiry with Paule, through to my post discharge follow up back at home, I cannot fault them! Absolutely first class service which has beaten some of my experiences with Spire in UK. The hospital facilities are very modern and pleasant, with exceptional standards in clinical hygiene. The nursing staff would attend for observations every 2 hours around the clock, as well as providing an immediate response to any ‘button calls’ from the personal call button provided. The anaesthetist also visited me on the ward pre op and gave a very thorough assessment. The Professor came to see me in my hospital room on the morning of my surgery and again immediately following my surgery, back on the ward and each day after during my hospital stay to check up personally. He was also available at the end of the phone via the ward for any queries I had (mainly my raised BP). If you’re considering accommodation options as part of the package, I would point out that the apartment option is VERY basic. Also, we were in apartment directly on the terrace which could be a little noisey at night with other guests. If I were to return I would opt for the hotel. One difference in Lithuania compared to UK hospitals that you may need to be aware & prepared for is that they do not use a pre-op room for sedation. You will be walked down directly to the operating theatre and sedated in there when you arrive. It could be a little overwhelming for some if you are not anticipating seeing the theatre setting! Again the medical staff are wonderful at putting you at ease. Prof. Mickevicius is very pleasant, personable, and informative. I felt very reassured and safe in his care and would not hesitate to recommend Newman to anyone considering bariatric surgery

Having developed high blood pressure at an early age of 23 and having lots of tests carried out with no real answers, I began to question my weight. A few years passed after trying various different well-known diets and failed miserably. I gained more weight if anything! I came across Mr Hamouda after a recommendation from a close family member who has also had a sleeve operation - losing close to 8st in under a year, she has also maintained this weight for nearly 18 months. On my initial consultation with Hamouda, I felt at ease and was able to disclose any personal issues relating to eating disorders. My wife and my 8-month-old child were all welcome. He likes to invite close family members to your appointments as he likes you to have support from your loved ones, I thought that he would find my child annoying throughout the consultation but Dr Hamouda was the complete opposite. Once I was accepted for my sleeve operation I was put under the careful care of he's team who were all brilliant at every stage. The support was there for me before, during and now after my operation. The care at Benenden was outstanding, treated like a king in his own hotel room! 1-1 care, nothing was a problem and would recommend this hospital for anyone thinking of weight loss surgery. Since my operation just over a year ago I have lost nearly 9st. Without a sleeve operation, this would never of happen. My BMI has dropped by 15 and has lost over 60 inches around my whole body. If anyone for some reason is questioning Dr Hamouda or weight loss surgery then don’t! Dr Hamouda not only changed my life but allowed me to start living it again. In the words of my wife, “ he’s like a new man now “ This just leaves me to say THANK YOU! You are an outstanding consultant and a genuine hero of mine.

When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc
