We are an EU couple that has chosen IVMED for surrogacy. It was a two years long journey, also due to the Covid pandemic. It successfully ended a few months ago. I visited the Victoria clinic for a fertility sperm test , so my wife and I could proceed with IVF. All the staff were very friendly, they were totally professional and all were in clinical uniforms, the clinic was very clean. My first language is English with a little spoken Ukrainian, The doctor came to see me and explained what the test involved and asked if l had any questions and that I understood. Once I had provided the sample, the doctor came and told me I could go and the results would be emailed to me the next day. I received my results the same day. I was able to send this to my IVF clinic for the doctor to review to inform me l had a healthy fertility. The cost of the test was ₴400, which is very low cost. The same test in my home country the UK with a private clinic costs up to £190 or ₴10,000. I am very happy with the treatment I received at Victoria and all the staff that helped me. Thank you.
