The 24-hour personal communication is exactly what I needed. Not having to wait anxiously for results or answers made the process so much easier. I believe my round was tailored to my individual needs and Dr Selim nurtured me when I came to him. He was happy to help me and supported my anxiety and own wishes always putting me first and in control of what was happening to me. The clinic was professional, clean and very welcoming. The doctor was amazing and very kind. Amid the language barrier she ensure I was given a the opportunity to speak with an interpreter. Hospital was amazing and staff was very efficient and helpful. Person centre care was the core of the care delivered.
