After years of failed treatments, we made the trip to Athens in 2017 and were successful and had a baby girl. Dr Nikos and his team were amazing from start to end answering all questions along the way and making us feel really comfortable. We are excited to be starting the process again to go back next month

Our journey with Pelargos, Dr Karpouzis & his team has been an absolute dream. It started totally by luck as we were picked as winners for treatment with Pelargos, back at the end of 2022. Something I still can’t believe I won. From those initial phone calls with Dr Karpouzis, to where we are now is just amazing. Before finding out about Pelargos, my partner and I were feeling pretty hopeless after such a bad experience in the UK/Ireland. Dr Karpouzis is something special and he doesn’t realise how people in our position value him, and his team. What he has done for us in just over a year is something I will cherish forever. I wish I could let every single person who is feeling lost on this journey know about Pelargos because no matter what comes of it, you know you will be given the best chance and care there is. I’m still pinching myself and counting my blessings, but honestly, without a shadow of a doubt, Pelargos IVF is always the right choice.

After many difficulties, I decided to search for a solution somewhere else. It was a big risk to visit another country in order to achieve my scope. I was very lucky. I found a very experienced doctor who guides me step by step to the achievement. He was near to me by supporting and encouraging all the steps needed. He believed in me and together we succeeded.

From the first moment, we felt that we were dealing with real professionals. Dr. Vasilios Athanasiou made it clear from the beginning that he wants us to have a child from the first attempt. Our level of confidence was extremely low and it was difficult to believe that we could reach pregnancy from the 1st attempt. Dr. Athanasiou from the very first meeting told us that he could not do magic, but he can do science. We followed his instructions to the fullest, and he gave us confidence that we will soon have a child. The miracle happened... I got pregnant on the 1st attempt. Today our son is three months old, healthy and happy. We want to thank the entire staff of the IVF Athens Center. They are all extremely skilled, friendly, supportive, and professional.
