My Partner and I have been on a Fertility Journey for the past 4 years in Ireland.

Been over medicated each month when I didn't need to be.

Myself and my partner decided to look at going abroad. We were looking at other clinics in Greece and someone I know had treatment with Dr Koutoulakis and Sophia Kasfiki and could not recommend them enough.

I sent over all test results for myself and my partner that we had over the past few years in Ireland.

I then had a phone consultation with Sophia and felt so at ease. Herself and Dr Koutoulakis had looked at all our results from previous tests and recommended to do a day trip for certain tests.

We flew out shortly and had tests then when they received results. Explained our options, treatments and what medications to take.

We decided to do a IVF cycle with them. So we came out again and stayed for 2 weeks.

Communication from the clinic is amazing and they answer any concerns or worries you may have.

I was quite nervous having Scans, Egg Collection and Embryo Transfer but there was no need to be. Dr Koutoulakis, Sophia and Harika made me feel so at ease.

They really care about you and are so so knowledgeable. Harika was absolutely amazing at explaining the protocols and the best pharmacies to get the medications.

Dr Koutoulakis, Sophia and Harika also the staff in the lab are super friendly and very knowledgeable.

From the moment you walk into the reception, all the staff make you feel so welcome.

I recently had Embryo Transfer and am hoping we get the news we want.

Her communication is super fast, she really does care about you. Sofia will make you feel human and calm during your journey and not just a number on the system she takes her time to get to know your history and you personally.

Xarikleia - the sweetest lady - She helped me to stay calm during my treatment, and was sitting right by me as I went off to sleep for my egg collection. Helps you take care of your medication and makes sure you know what your taking when your taking it!

From the first moment I met Yannis, I thought, "Oh my, he is too young. Does he have the knowledge to help me?"

After our conversation, I was certain he was the doctor who could help me. Following my long journey of IVF treatment, delayed due to the COVID lockdown, we finally have our boy.

I never recommend doctors to anyone, but Yannis and his team are the exception—they are the only ones I wholeheartedly recommend.

Initially chose Dr. Yannis Koutoulakis as my gynaecologist in my hometown because he was a young doctor with modern views. At that point, we were looking for a doctor to help me and my husband in our journey to conceive a child.

We trusted him and his team from the very first minute and in our long trip to maternity they were totally supportive. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia cared about every step of the procedure, they explained every detail and answered all the questions we had. So today we are parents of a 3-year-old girl and a 19-month boy, both with their precious help.

Honestly, the whole process of egg freezing was so easy because of this team. They made it an easy trip and supported me on all levels. It started by me searching online for a trusted clinic and I found many clinics but this clinic gave me a call and explained to me every step in detail and answered all my questions. They explained it so well that you feel you are in good hands and understanding everything. I really had zero stress and everything went smoothly with me. Then they even helped me with my daily injections, at their homes even, when I couldn’t do it myself. This team is really excellent. I didn’t have issues with the injections. As a girl coming from abroad, I was a bit stressed before getting to know them but now it’s like even okay for me to repeat it! That much of a positive feedback I have about you .thank You !

I chose to do my egg freezing at Serum IVF in Athens after meeting Doctor Yannis and Embryologist Sofia who put me at ease. They genuinely care about their patients and I had very positive experience throughout. Everything was discussed clearly and at no point was I rushed. Dr Yannis and Embryologist Sofia are the nicest doctors I have met, they cares of each step of the treatment, goes through details and made feel well taken care of.

The nursing team, especially midwife Chara, were truly wonderful and always available for any questions or concerns, no matter the time of day! Thank you everyone in Serum IVF, you all made my IVF treatment easy and memorable.

IVF serum is a beautiful serene place located in Athens.Greece. The doctors and staff are awesome, warm and inviting.

The overall experience was pleasant. The stay in Greece is paradise. I, unfortunately, do not have a positive pregnancy outcome. I would say to those planning on doing this try to plan to stay abroad in the location until you hear the heartbeat if possible. I feel like that was my downfall. It is frustrating travelling home, especially if there is no support.
