I was really satisfied with the whole approach of the doctor concerning my case. He explained to me all the options and which one was the best for me. I was recommended to try Serum after falling pregnant with twins. I would completely recommend Serum to anyone who asks! From the original contact Kate/Katie (can't quite remember which), to Maria who helped me organise travel arrangements, the midwife who showed me the meds, Penny who did my transfer. The one thing I can say about everyone I spoke to/met on the serum team, they were interested in me, I wasn't just the next patient, they took time to speak to me like a person. Especially for you, who answered all my questions, and there were many over the months, to the call when I was confused when Jan cycle was cancelled.
