Both my husband and I had Lasik laser done by Dr. Dilek Uzer. She was very kind and attentive, she has attention to detail which we both liked. She explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had before and after the surgery. She does very thorough eye tests before commencing the surgery and explained all the details of the outcome of the eye tests. During surgery, she was very reassuring and gentle, the surgery was painless and very quick, we could almost see clearly immediately. We both needed the laser as we both have bad vision, I choose Dr. Dilek because of previous very good reviews as well as, when we first met her, she made us feel comfortable instantly. Also she has over 25 years of experience and uses only the best technology and laser. According to your test results she would recommend the best type of laser for your eyes as the clinic has different types of technology she can use! She is very honest. The Laser was also very good value, as you got great service and great results. I would recommend Dr. Dilek to anyone that wants to have eye laser as I honestly cannot fault her. This clinic was one of only two that offered me everything I wanted. I chose International Specialist Eye Centre because it was the closest to me, and my eye exam cost me the same price I’d seen online. Because it was just a basic check-up, I didn’t need any follow-ups. The clinic has a convenient, central city location. There was a long waiting period, but other than this, everything was fine. The staff were very cooperative and everything was done according to schedule.

I needed cataract surgery that was affordable. Dr Kumar provided this and so much more. Throughout the experience, I felt as if I was in the hands of a highly professional, caring and skilled surgeon. The surgery was performed under local anaesthesia; not something is usually done in the US. Having now experienced both styles of anaesthesia for this procedure (I had the other eye done in the US years ago with much better health insurance) I can say that two styles of surgery are equally stress-less. The savings factor was large. After calculating all the costs including travel, lodging and meals, I saved over $1000.00. The medical care was excellent and the value is tremendous. The clinic served as a basic office for Dr Kumar. The actual procedure was performed at a nearby speciality hospital (it seem all doctor offices are termed as clinics in India). The facilities are simple but equipped with all that is needed. The staff was very professional and caring. Not all spoke English but arrangements were made prior to my arrival to see that I always had English speaking staff to help me through the process.
