From the moment I entered their shop, I was greeted with warm smiles. Their expertise in eyecare is evident, as they truly know their craft inside and out. Next, they fix it for you in a jiffy at a price of crumbs of bread. And give you a serious lecture on how to remove and package your eyeglasses so that it doesn’t break again and put strain on your purse. They gave me valuable advice on how to properly care for my eyeglasses to prevent future breakage and unnecessary expenses. Wow, they don’t want you to spend more than the meanest necessary! I brought my Mother to see Mr. Aziz for the first time today. This appointment was given to my Mother at short notice. This was the first time my mother or I had met him. I found him to be: 1. Very thorough in his examinations 2. Communicated medical information to me in terms that were understandable and non-medical 3. Personable - he smiled and was warm. Put my mother and I at ease (unlike some of the other medics I have come across in recent months) 4. Transparent - clearly communicated what he was doing, why and next steps.
