From the moment I entered their shop, I was greeted with warm smiles. Their expertise in eyecare is evident, as they truly know their craft inside and out. Next, they fix it for you in a jiffy at a price of crumbs of bread. And give you a serious lecture on how to remove and package your eyeglasses so that it doesn’t break again and put strain on your purse. They gave me valuable advice on how to properly care for my eyeglasses to prevent future breakage and unnecessary expenses. Wow, they don’t want you to spend more than the meanest necessary! Did I tell you that they don’t only services broken eyeglasses? Yes, Drury Porter Eyecare offers a full range of bespoke eyecare services, including eye tests, clinical recommendations, and purse-friendly eyewear options (and free lectures)! Don’t forget that their services are cheaper than those outside London who will require you to pay for postage – and wait for days. The only downside is that they are hiding. I’ve walked past their office several times without ‘noti-seeing’ them. You might think they are an appendage of Waitrose. But sniffing them out pays! Even when I managed to break my glasses again, they were kind enough to fix them without charging me – all I had to do was sit through another helpful lecture on proper eyeglass care, free of charge!

Asifa and Tan possess a wealth of knowledge and consistently go above and beyond to assist with my eye condition. My left eye has a complicated history, but thanks to Asifa, I now have the best vision I've ever had, achieved through her expertise in fitting me with a special contact lens.
