After 20 years of using contact lenses can only describe the feeling as liberating, best I ever done for myself! Hospital is clean and modern, quite high standards. An organisation can be better or want to believe was only in my case, but have to address this if my feedback can improve services as I had a feeling talking to different people to organize my stay that made me feel quite uneasy. Hotel is just across the street, nice and clean comfortable rooms. Dr Dilek is absolutely amazing! Thank you for looking after me, I'm glad I have done it finally after long consideration, only regrets I have is why I haven't done it earlier! Would I recommend the clinic - definitely yes! I came from Finland for surgery with the doctor. As the surgery would be 1/5 of the price of what I would have to pay in in my own home country. I visited the doctor and he examined me and took the time to do all the proper tests to see if I needed the surgery or not. Turns out I had been misdiagnosed and there was no need for the surgery after all!! Though I did not need surgery, I can 100% recommend the doctor since he could have very easily said oh yeah sure let's do it, and just take my money! Overall the doctor was very professional and I could see that he had a lot of expertise and accumulated knowledge and it felt I could trust him. More than that the doctor’s assistant is amazing, speaks very good English, and provided clear and informed communication along the process. Very thankful for their efforts.
