I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.

I was treated well I had been once before with a friend but this time it was for myself. They made me feel comfortable and my husband came in with me and they explained everything to us. They did a great job. I had nearly 3 weeks of free trial which was good and they have been in touch since and didn’t push to do both ears I’m quite happy and I can truly recommend them as he was great at making me feel at ease
