I visited ‘I Love my ears’ yesterday for the first time. I had previously attended spec savers but felt they were not as knowledgeable. I saw an audiologist called Khurshid. She immediately put me at ease and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend people cut out the middleman and go straight to a qualified audiologist at ILME. My Husband now has an appointment next week.

I had hard impacted wax in one ear which any other method of wax removal would perhaps have failed to completely remove, as it did once with me in the past with irrigation. But nurse Joanna's total expertise and experience in micro suction made it possible with a completely successful result. I would recommend this clinic to everybody.

I was treated well I had been once before with a friend but this time it was for myself. They made me feel comfortable and my husband came in with me and they explained everything to us. They did a great job. I had nearly 3 weeks of free trial which was good and they have been in touch since and didn’t push to do both ears I’m quite happy and I can truly recommend them as he was great at making me feel at ease
