Thank you so much for such an amazing experience at the clinicMarianne, UK, 28 04 25

I am so thankful to the person who recommended About Face to me. I had a prominent blemish in my face which one of the clinicians, Anne, treated with electrolysis. Anne was so helpful, friendly and professional, putting my mind at ease and talking me through the treatment. After a short 15-minute treatment, my blemish has gone! Thank you so much for such an amazing experience at the clinic, I would definitely recommend:)

Keratosis Pilaris Treatment from £150
Large overgrowing sun spots that can appear as dry lumps on the skin, these can be on the face, décolleté, arms and back, the best solution is an IPL treatment, they can also be removed with a CO2 resurfacing treatment to the area.
Milia Removal from £150
Milia are annoying white lumps that usually appear on the face and can be around the eyes as well, the best form of treatment is a small micro lance needle to open and puncture the surface of the hard white lump, and sometimes CO2 resurfacing may be needed to remove these.
Skin Tag Removal £150 - £300
Skin tags are annoying small lumps that grow out of the skin, usually the same colour as the surrounding skin, the best treatment is Co2 laser resurfacing, the skin is flattened and heals in a few days to leave the skin flat again.

I am very grateful to have access to such a knowledgeable teamElizabeth, UK, 09 07 25

Physio sessions have helped me enormously. Between Sakshi and Zena, we have finally got to the bottom of what's causing pain in my shins after many years of putting up with it. Between them they've reduced the pain, given me rehab exercises, and explained the biomechanical issue with diagrams and videos of how I move. Rachel is now helping me with rehab exercises. All in all, I am very grateful to have access to such a knowledgeable team.

Unique Skin Clinics - Medical Aesthetics Clinic in the UK

Unique Skin Clinics

The Cherries, Kintessack, Forres, IV36 2TG
Having suffered from severe hirsutism from the age of 16, I understood the devastating effect that excess hair can have on your confidence and self esteem. I was the patient the trainee Drs came to view; with long dark hair even on my fingers and toes. After 23 years of an hour per week of painful electrolysis on my face and neck, I still had a lot of the hair. It had also left me very badly scarred from inappropriate treatment. So I decided to find alternative treatments to help myself, and ended up opening my own clinic in 1998 to help people 'like me'. I initially started with diathermy and galvanic electrolysis, but quickly moved into IPL & Laser. After treating myself with IPL for 12 months, for the 1st time since age 16, my body was free of the long dark excess hair. It was amazing to wake up every morning and NEVER think about my excess hair again. When previously, it was my 1st waking thought! Unique offers specialist skin treatments for various levels of skin problems and damage by a qualified nurse.  Permanent hair reduction, tattoo, skin tag, milia, red vein removal, acne, scar, wrinkle, loose skin and pigmentation treatment.  Medical peels, IPL, Laser and medical product specialists.  Medical skin camouflage also available. Talks provided for business groups and charities. Reiki treatments, meditation training and group meditation/healing is available at all locations below. Currently providing services in Forres, Isle of Skye, Fort William, Poolewe, T
Keratosis Pilaris Treatment £45 - £145
This condition can be greatly improved using products or skin peels.
Milia Removal £45 - £150
Milia can be removed using electrocautery or products. I have been doing this treatment for 23 years.
Skin Tag Removal £125 - £155
I touch the skin tag with a cautery needle - I do not slice them off, like beauticians do. It will shrink and fall off in a few days - 2 weeks time (and generally looks black). It leaves no mark and doesn’t regrow in the same place. You may find them in your bed, as they drop off. Skin tags are a very common problem. I remove thousands of them each year, and have been doing so for 23 years now. Pre advice: Please ensure that clothing in the areas to be treated is loose, and not touching/chaffing the skin tags. A sleeveless T shirt is ideal. Joggers or loose trousers, and loose underwear if they are in the groin.  Two days prior to treatment, avoid wearing tight restrictive clothing, which is pulling or rubbing on the tags.  This will make them more sensitive to remove. You must not be sunburnt on the area to be treated.
Acne Scars Treatment
Acne Scars Treatment from £100
Self harm, surgery, acne and RTA scars are treated using Fractional Laser. The treatments are spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
