My son had a mole removed from his face. It was under his lip, It was big, dark, and hairy. He hated it. We searched around and found a few places. We checked reviews and costs and decided it was worth travelling from Bristol to Cardiff to get the mole removed. We had plenty of interaction with Reforme Medical before our visit. When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We weren't waiting long before Dr Prashant. greeted us. What a very warm caring professional gentleman. He made my son feel that he was in very safe hands. Dr Prashant talked my son through the whole process and kept reassuring my son everything was going okay during the procedure. In fact, we would just like to thank Dr Prashant for helping my son give up smoking. If it wouldn't of been for him to say to my son he can remove the mole but only if he gives up smoking. My son would still be smoking now. Thank you so much Dr Prashant. We will definitely recommend you to others.

After my youngest child was born I developed 2 raised flesh coloured bumps on my forehead. One next to my eyebrow for years I covered them with my hair couldn't bear to look at a photo they would be there stuck out like a sore thumb. One day after feeling very low I made a call to the Grove Skin Clinic, and spoke to one of the skin specialists and immediately I felt I was in safe hands. After a few weeks, the appointment came, the receptionist was very polite and I was offered a coffee. I had co2 laser treatment - basically, it burns off the raised flesh coloured lump. Jodie was very professional and she answered every question. It's been 2 weeks now and the scabs have come off, I wasn't expecting miracles I've always said I would prefer a scar rather than an ugly lump but what a pleasant surprise I had after 10 days a little redness at first and now it's faded. I have a flat forehead and I can't put into words how I feel but it feels like I won the lottery I am absolutely delighted and it's still healing. I would like to thank Jodie and the team for there outstanding work at the grove take a chance like I did and you will be surprised at the results.
