I went to Mirabel clinic for the removal of a venous lake on my lower lip. It looked like a big black spot and had been troubling me for a long time. I had to go in person to make my own appointment. Also, I arrived at the appointed time but was kept waiting another 30 minutes before I got to see Doctor Miroslav Dragolov. Thankfully, he spoke very good English and was both caring and courteous. After that, all went well. The doctor zapped the venous lake with a laser. It was quite painful but very brief. The treatment cost 50lev and I paid another 10lev for a protective lip salve. I was told that further laser treatment if needed, would cost 50lev per visit. But, three weeks later the venous lake has gone completely and the scar has almost healed. I will wait a bit longer to be sure, but it looks like I shall not need to go again. So, it was a good outcome for me, surprisingly simple and not very expensive. The clinic is small but clean and organised. Free parking on the poorly made road outside is possible, but it is often full.

I have always been advised well here about which laser and other treatments would be worthwhile for me - and this advice has always been honest and given to me without any pressure. I know the standard here is excellent enough for me to be delighted to recommend the clinic and its staff to friends and family.

I had a mole removed from my back. The procedure was explained to me beforehand and they also gave me a post treatment information sheet. They also informed me that if there was any post procedure problems I could return to the clinic which is reassuring. The reason I chose this clinic was because I live only a couple of minutes away and I wanted to stay local. The cost of the treatment was very competitively priced and I would certainly use the clinic again if so required.

I am doing treatment for my pigmentation and I can really see the difference in two session! Deborah is really sweet and makes it very comfortable and easy to go through the session as well, would definitely recommend!
