Yesterday (25th July) I came in for an emergency appointment and in a lot of pain. It turned out that I had to have my tooth extracted. Ali and Nurjis were the team who worked on extracting my tooth. It wasn't what I was expecting and it's not a pleasant experience by any stretch of the imagination but, under their care, I felt looked after. Not only that, but I felt that they had my best interests at the heart of everything they did. Ali explained the whole procedure very clearly and thoroughly and talked me through it step by step so nothing was unexpected. The follow-up phone call from Nurjis was friendly and reassuring. Their care and dedication made the whole experience much more bearable. I am already recovering well and considering an implant. Thank you!
Alex and his team at Confident Smile are all so professional and welcoming. I’m so happy with the treatment I’ve had, it’s transformed the look of my teeth. Scared of the dentist? Well go here, I have had lots of work completed, pain-free, whilst watching brilliant films on special glasses, this eliminates sound which is perfect. We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son.
