I booked an emergency appointment and was so relieved to be seen so quickly! I saw Dr Farzad who was amazing (I am a nervous patient). He extracted my tooth under sedation and I’m now in discussions to proceed with implant treatment. The practice has a charming and friendly atmosphere, making the experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this place to anyone in need of excellent dental care!
Cathleen Perrin sorted out my problem teeth during a one-and-a-half-hour session. My teeth were a complete muddle for the past 79 years. Growing in all directions and very weak, vulnerable and causing pain, Cathleen waved her wand (disguised as a drill!) and brought my teeth to normal. Many thanks, Cathleen. You are amazing.

My husband and I had not been to the dentist in some time since moving, and we were recommended here by our family. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist before coming here! I was so impressed with the help and guidance given, as well as the help to plan our next steps going forward for our oral care. We also brought along our 18-month-old for her first-ever dentist trip, and because of everyone's warm and friendly greeting, it was a very giggly and fun first experience for her. Octavia House Dental Practice is the best dentist I have experienced. I have suffered from severe dental phobia for most of my life after bad experiences as a child. When I came to Octavia House my dental hygiene was very poor. I have had fillings, extractions, root canals, hygienists and general checkup at this dentist and I have never experienced a single moment of pain, I would even go so far as to say the team there have cured me of a lifelong debilitating dental phobia through there skilled care and compassion. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am to the team at Octavia House Dental Practice so I am happy to write this review and express my gratitude. Thank you.
Dr Ying explains every step of what he's doing and takes care to ensure you understand. He is the most thorough dentist I have ever encountered, whether he is doing a basic check-up, a hygiene clean/scrape, or a more complicated dental procedure. I recommend him wholeheartedly. In addition, I find the practice fees to be very fair and the staff to be engaging, polite and efficient. This is definitely a fortuitous find!
