Dr Ying explains every step of what he's doing and takes care to ensure you understand. He is the most thorough dentist I have ever encountered, whether he is doing a basic check-up, a hygiene clean/scrape, or a more complicated dental procedure. I recommend him wholeheartedly. In addition, I find the practice fees to be very fair and the staff to be engaging, polite and efficient. This is definitely a fortuitous find!
Octavia House Dental Practice is the best dentist I have experienced. I have suffered from severe dental phobia for most of my life after bad experiences as a child. When I came to Octavia House my dental hygiene was very poor. I have had fillings, extractions, root canals, hygienists and general checkup at this dentist and I have never experienced a single moment of pain, I would even go so far as to say the team there have cured me of a lifelong debilitating dental phobia through there skilled care and compassion. Cathleen Perrin sorted out my problem teeth during a one-and-a-half-hour session. My teeth were a complete muddle for the past 79 years.
