I am a new patient at the practice very nervous and worried. These were all put aside straight away from the receptionist she was so nice kind and helpful like speaking with my mam she was. Polly and her assistant did my treatment and asked me regularly if I was ok nothing was too much trouble. The best place I have ever been to great car park at the back. Looking forward to going back never thought I would be saying this but yes brilliant service. Best wishes Clint xxxxxx
Just wanted to say what a pleasant and professional experience I had at this dental practice. Duncan talked me through all my options in detail and he also listened to my concerns. I am extremely pleased with the end result. All the staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way. I wish I had gone to this practice first instead of the bad experience I had at another practice. Many thanks to you all.
I am a nervous patient – so embarrassing, but I can’t help it! Adam saw me when I had an infected tooth. He gave me antibiotics and advised that if the swelling got worse near my eye, I should go to A\&E. If he hadn’t, I would have just stayed at home. The swelling got really bad – I had to go to A\&E and had the abscess drained. So thankful for his advice! Then he had to extract the tooth. He was so kind and sympathetic, and so was the nurse. I can’t thank them enough. x
