Can't thank you enough, had partial dentures made, top and bottom, absolutely marvellous. Having struggled for over 3 years and numerous teeth made, which were rubbish.You have made my dentures so that I can now eat properly, talk better and smile. The whole process has been lovely. Poldent was the only place that welcomed me to get an x-ray done so I could send it to my dentist I couldn’t visit at the time due to covid restrictions, it was very important for her to see whether my condition was getting better or not. They only took few days to see me which was just fantastic and didn’t try to make me believe I now have to be their patient for any reason. All the staff was very kind and I will definitely come back in the future as a new patient. Thank you so much!
I am a new patient at the practice very nervous and worried. These were all put aside straight away from the receptionist she was so nice kind and helpful like speaking with my mam she was. Polly and her assistant did my treatment and asked me regularly if I was ok nothing was too much trouble. The best place I have ever been to great car park at the back. Was referred to this practice to have an implant. I needed a bone graft before the implant could be fitted. Duncan was really professional and put me at ease and explained the process thoroughly. After the implant was in place, Rhianna took over and did all the x-rays and measurements for my crown to be fitted. The crown was so perfect and it was a great fit and thanks to her I got my smile back after eleven months. A big thank you to Duncan, Rhianna and the reception staff for your professionalism. Dr David, has looked after me consistently for the last 10 years, tetracyclin antibiotics staining and post implant (two street fights) surgery that no one else could fix. I've had other tricky procedures done since, and I'm really the most difficult to please. They seem to constantly update the practice with latest tech, No turkey teeth, or bad breath after treatment with these specialist's, Dr David really is the best, my teeth are natural looking perfect thanks to him. Avit!!!
Had my last treatment today for 3 x root canal treatments on my bottom fron teeth. From the start to the finish of my treatment the service has been absolutely superb. I fully expected to feel some pain due to the fact I had the 3 x root treatments done all in one go but it was pain free. David explained in detail every procedure he was doing which was very informative. David is an absolute professional with a great attitude with the patient and all the staff are also very friendly.
