I haven't actually had treatment as they never answer the phone and when they do, they are most unhelpful. Went to the Wakefield branch for a consultation, was quoted a price before even seeing the dentist. On my third appointment I finally saw a dentist who then quoted me £1100 over the original price, seems silly to me to go for a consultation with someone who doesn't even look in your mouth before giving a price.
The Barnsley branch don't answer the phone and when they do, they start talking to colleagues about other patients instead of answering your enquiry or even acknowledging your existence. The receptionists are rude, unhelpful and unfriendly at both branches I have visited. The dentist is a lovely man who is totally let down by his staff, maybe some training in customer service would be beneficial? I have now found a much friendlier practice and I'm so glad I didn't go ahead with treatment here!!
