We had to find an alternative to our NHS dentist recently and were recommended Shine by a friend, and have subsequently joined this practice. The experience couldn't have been more different from that of our former dentist of over 40 years! As l am a very nervous patient, ( having been traumatized as a child), and have had a fear of dentists ever since,l was reassured all the way through the initial consultation, and given a treatment plan which was fully explained to me. The actual appointment, although nearly two hours, was pain-free and much better than any l have ever had! The downside is the cost, however, the way things are going with the Entire UK health system, it looks like most of us will be forced to go private and make other sacrifices.
I have had two snap-on dentures. All the staff are lovely. Jack is. very polite and caring, and deals very well with any concerns raised. I rate this deal practice highly and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
