I had my braces for 3 years with regular visits. Understandably, any NHS dental provider is bound to be extremely busy and stretched for time, however, this has never compromised quality of care. The practice staff are always friendly and smiling, the service provided was of the best quality. The specialist was gentle and knowledgeable.

Saw the hygienist very thorough and explained all the treatment she was going to do. Made appointment to see the dentist but had to wait until March 2023.

In April, during lockdown, my 81 year old wife developed a tooth infection with swelling and some discomfort. She telephoned the Surgery and was greeted quickly by the Receptionist, who, as usual, was welcoming and helpful. She said she would get the dentist to telephone my wife. Within minutes my wife received a call and having given her symptoms was prescribed a course of two antibiotics. As we are in lockdown and now live some way from our dentist, she offered to telephone and email our local pharmacy in Fakenham. Shortly afterwards we made the short journey to pick up the medicine. We have been NHS patients at this Dental Surgery for many years and this is typical of the thoughtful and considerate way they always treat their patients. My wife and I are grateful for their help

I needed four replacement crowns and was extremely nervous about having them done. I met with Peter Yule and his team and felt completely at ease. Made the decision to have them replaced and after two/three appointments the works are now complete. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I am absolutely over the moon and have now got a smile to be proud of. Thank you for all your hard work and patience. I am chuffed to bits with my new smile.
