I was so happy with my treatment, Dr. B Dadswell was ever so nice and gentle. I felt relaxed with him and he explained everything, and yes l will stay with him.

My dentist gave me a choice of several implant services when my old implant became problematic. They recommended Green Dental but it is one and half hour drive away from my home; but I thought, it will be worth it. What a good decision that was, because the proof is in the result . At consultation, Mr Noel Perkins’ mild manner, professionalism and clear communication regarding my dental condition, gave me the confidence in putting my dental treatment in his care. Together we discussed and agreed on the treatment plan. During the implant process, Mr Perkins ensured I understood clearly what would be expected at every stage. He and his assistant Jane worked together seamlessly which is very reassuring. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep at times during the procedures. Everything was done patiently and meticulously. The dental surgery room was bright, airy and clean. Post-surgical procedure care was good, in that I received phone calls from the practice on behalf of Mr Perkins inquiring about my condition. Also, Mr Perkins gave me his personal contact details in case I may need to seek his advice at any time. Most of all, I got what I needed - brand new strong teeth that restore my health and smile. I was given an appointment within a short period of time. I had very little time waiting at the clinic. I was greeted in a friendly and professional way. My medical record was checked and confirmed. I was given a detailed explanation of my oral condition illustrated by the use of dental x-ray film which enabled me to make an informed decision about my treatment plan. There was ample time for discussion and at no time did I feel pressurised in making a decision about future treatment. The range of treatments offered was explained as well as the costings. A pleasant, helpful and friendly environment from reception, to clinic and departure.

After dislodging an inlay, I found myself in need of a dentist while visiting a relative in Liverpool. I knew that it was important to get treatment quickly but didn't really know the area. My niece suggested Dr. Rez as a top-quality dentist who could see me as an emergency. It was late afternoon but I got myself an appointment for the next day. What a wonderful set-up. I was put at my ease from the minute that I entered the reception area not only by the empathetic front-line staff but by the comfortable and relaxing surroundings. I completed an initial questionnaire regarding previous and current health-related issues and then in the privacy of a second waiting area, a soft-spoken and understanding young lady went through them with me to make sure that Dr. Rez would be aware of any relevant data. After that, Dr. Rez introduced himself to me and we went together into the treatment room. My inlay and the tooth were cleaned and prepared before the inlay was fixed back into position. After that, the bite was checked and adjusted and everything felt 100% comfortable. Dr. Rez advised me to take care with certain foodstuffs for a few days to let the tooth settle down even though it felt really good. During the visit, everything from start to finish put me at ease and if I were resident in Liverpool, I would be registered as a patient. This is a smart up-to-date clinic that recognizes the need to fully relax the patient before any treatment is given. The actual treatment was of excellent value and is first class as is Dr. Rez.

Outstanding from the outset! From first enquiry to book an advance appointment; analysis of bonding treatment needed to remove a previous dentist’s work and answering my many questions.
