I persistence pain and sensitivity that is been with me for more than two weeks.
I went to my dentist for a thorough examination. The doctor informed me of my problem, and I was given an antibiotic for the inflammation that was causing me this pain.

The dentist was very professional and friendly. The child wasn't scared at all and even discussed soccer with the dentist. My wife and I were very satisfied.👍

Having impressions for a new top denture. Mark was very good and completed the work very quickly.

I have always feared dentists.
I have always felt sick & left a dental surgery in sweats, feeling ashamed.

Not with this Dentist & Surgery.

I went in out of desperation & availability. My head, face & neck pain became unbearable.
The Dr was UNBELIEVABLY zen.
He checked my teeth so gently I didn't feel any sharp pains when he did it. He gave me emergency antibiotics due to 2 infections, then advised a follow-up in a week.
Something about his demeanour was so caring, calm, professional, gentle & trustworthy. I didn't feel any shame at all & I really felt like I was there to receive real help.

I've actually gone back & followed up out of my own free will, not desperation, which has never happened in my life. I'm so horrified of dentists. He did 3 scans on my teeth and gently went through a plan of care with multiple options. He also noticed something in the corner of the scans with his keen eye & interest. He referred me to another dentist at a different surgery for a Cone Beam Scan, and they found 2 lumps in my jaw.

My dentist then referred me to a specialist to check his suspicion of a dental cyst. He was so respectful, calm & treated me with dignity during ALL my appointments. He asked me before he did anything, even the referral, and made sure I understood what was happening (face to face not via phone) each step of the way. He made me feel so reassured and relaxed.

He also did a clean. I didn't feel any of it due to his gentle approach! And I wasn't choking on my spit and teeth because his assistant was so incredible & gentle too!

Also, the surgery itself is very reliable. Your appointment time is actually your appointment time, unlike other places. Just stick to the left as they share their building with a GP surgery at the same reception desk, haha.

Reception & administrators are ALWAYS calm & polite here. They are patient & empathetic too. They are professional & they assist you with privacy..

What a lovely experience coming from someone who is mortified of dentists. Usually, I would rather deal with my face and neck in agony for a decade than get help..I will definitely be returning regularly with my family, too.

On my last check-up, I booked a hydropolish clean, which is a professionally conducted stain removal treatment using high-pressure water and a non-abrasive powder. After 30 minutes of the dentist’s (& assistant’s) time, My teeth and gums were left feeling exceptionally clean. I experienced no bleeding, pain or sensitivity and will likely return in another 6 or 12 months. Service, as always at DCO Dental, was with a smile!

Been here twice in the last 2 weeks. The first was a deep clean, which went well, and the second was an emergency appointment, which I was sooo grateful for them squeezing me in even though they were a dentist down. I've never had bad service from this practice; everyone is so nice and helpful. More places should take a leaf from your book. Well done to all the team.

Best move I ever made joining DCO in timperley the staff, my dentist Mark Dale, fantastic i never worry about foning either, making appointments, no matter how difficult it is to work around me. And can I just say a special thank you to Elaine, she is exceptional with me and very highly thought of by myself, my partner, and my friends

Excellent treatment by Izzy my dentist on the day.
My damaged tooth was assessed and treated promptly with a thorough review of potential hidden damage and advice for both short and medium term care.
I was and have always been treated with respect and care by all the staff at DCO.

The clinic is well organised and has always run efficiently. Mark Dale, my dentist, has always been professional and explains the routine in layman's terms. Any surgery I've had has always gone smoothly and finished to a high standard.

I had a partial removable denture made and fitted, as I had a few front teeth missing. The whole process from taking the first impression to the final product was done with care, professionalism and accuracy.
The final product looked extremely good, fitted very well, better than I expected.
I can now smile with confidence and it feels really good.
Thank you Dr. Mark and thank you all the support staff, including reception, everyone did a marvellous job to make the whole experience worthwhile.

Had my 6-monthly checkup and as always, 1st class service. Basic price and worth it for peace of mind. I've been attending the clinic since 2011 and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff are always pleasant and friendly, and Mark is the best dentist.

I had very bad toothache recently that followed improper treatment in a private centre. I went to DCO to have this tooth taken out as I thought it was poor, especially after incorrect treatment and the nerve damage I had.

I was seen by Dr Dale, and I can't prescribe how brilliant he was. He offered me a root canal to save the tooth instead of losing it. I agreed immediately and he started me on antibiotics for the infection and inflammation I had. I got the appointment for root canal after 2 weeks. I was scared to wait for this long time as the problem was ongoing.
The next day, they had an appointment cancellation. They rang me in the morning asking if I could attend because they knew I was in pain.

This was a blessing 🙌. I went there and had my root canal done in a highly professional way. I am really grateful for their help and Dr Dale's skills and expertise.

These dental surgeries are amazing. They have appointments whenever you need them. They get back to you straight away with any queries. Luke Sambles, one of the dentists, is so good. Makes you feel at ease and explains everything that is being done. Highly recommend this dental surgery.
