Great customer service from all the staff, I received at DCO Dental Practice. I was introduced to all members of staff who treated me, with the utmost respect and curiosity. They explained their position and what part they played in my treatment. As for the treatment, they explained the procedure and what to expect with the gesture of reassurance, making sure I was comfortable with the procedure. Excellent service great team.
I can't thank the staff at Smart Dental enough for the treatment they've given my 90-year mother over the past month. She has dementia but they have treated her with great respect and have made her feel so relaxed during each visit. The patience they have shown is unbelievable. Thank you all again for making what could have been a distressing time for mum such a relaxed one.
My appointment today went extremely well i always feel very comfortable and the staff are really lovely. My appointment was for a checkup which was all positive. They were very attentive and helpful towards me they are always really caring, and that's why I have been going for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.
