I had an accident which resulted in the loosening of my implant bridge. Was seen almost immediately by Dr Ben and the treatment I had was fantastic. Everything is so clean and the staff are excellent. For the treatment, I had the cost was exceptionally fair. I first went to Dr Ben 13 years ago for first implants and again four years ago, so thank you again for wonderful service.

Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.

I recently had some upper front crowns replaced that had been done by the NHS and were looking a bit yellow. VIDA carefully explained the safest way of me having this treatment and actually getting to approve my new crowns before they were fixed in place. VIDA gave me control over how I looked and this really has my confidence to make the change. I’m in my 60s so I was worried about whitening but actually, I look really fresh and healthy - and the whitened shade is very natural. I’d recommend VIDA to anyone thinking of making an investment in their teeth. They don’t rush you, they give you brilliant advice, and produce stunning and natural work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve had this experience of first-class dentistry.

I recently had a consultation with a treatment coordinator regarding a dental implant. I was very impressed with her knowledge. There was no pressure to go ahead but I am very happy to do so at this clinic. I have an appointment with Dr Stobiecki next week to start the process. The staff at the clinic are friendly and professional and treatment is carried out in pleasant surroundings.
