Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.
I had an accident which resulted in the loosening of my implant bridge. Was seen almost immediately by Dr Ben and the treatment I had was fantastic. Everything is so clean and the staff are excellent. For the treatment, I had the cost was exceptionally fair. I first went to Dr Ben 13 years ago for first implants and again four years ago, so thank you again for wonderful service.
