Although I am 72 years of age I am still a very nervous patient, due to having horrific treatment as a child. Mike Edwards and indeed his nurse Carolyn are absolutely amazing, they put me at ease and reassure me. Explain what they are going to do and give me time. I’ve had extractions and recently had a new denture of which I’m delighted. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them both, so if you are thinking of going to a new Dentist but are frightened PLEASE give Mike a chance to work his magic. One very very grateful patient. We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.

It’s very rare to be able to find a place you can fully trust. From the minute you enter the clinic, you feel an inviting atmosphere. The hygiene standards and cleanliness are absolutely top notch. All staff are friendly and professional. I have had my lips done by Danica and the results she has delivered each time were outstanding. She is clearly very passionate and her knowledge and experience shine through at every visit. The technique produces incredibly long lasting results meaning you don’t need frequent maintenance visits ! Facial with Aimee was also great. Treatment was painless, and my skin was glowing. I will be returning soon for further treatments.

Dr Anshu has been looking after our family for years after being recommended by a friend. The quality of care she and her team provide is fantastic. She reset my daughter's adult front teeth after a fall knocked them loose, we turned up in distress in an emergency and she took great care of us. Today I had my first filling and I was nervous but she was so gentle and reassuring. I can't recommend this practice enough!

I recently had some upper front crowns replaced that had been done by the NHS and were looking a bit yellow. VIDA carefully explained the safest way of me having this treatment and actually getting to approve my new crowns before they were fixed in place. VIDA gave me control over how I looked and this really has my confidence to make the change. I wore trial crowns for a while to check I was happy with the look and feel, before giving my approval for the final crowns. I’m so pleased I did this! It took away all the worry of the financial investment because I knew that the dentist had checked everything underneath was healthy and by living with my trial crowns for a while I knew I would still feel and look like me even with the improvements to my new crowns. It also gave me time to whiten my teeth and for my shade to settle before the lab-made my final crowns. I’m in my 60s so I was worried about whitening but actually, I look really fresh and healthy - and the whitened shade is very natural. I’d recommend VIDA to anyone thinking of making an investment in their teeth. They don’t rush you, they give you brilliant advice, and produce stunning and natural work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve had this experience of first-class dentistry.
