Just had my crown finished today with the lovely Chris. I was super nervous as I’m not a fan of the dentist but Chris made me feel really relaxed and safe (I think my fear is now conquered).

It took three appointments in all but I’m really happy with the result. I would recommend Chris as he is the best and believe me I have seen lots of dentists! So a big thank you Cedars.

In despair I badly needed a dentist to sort out several broken front teeth which had resulted in a loss of confidence. I met Chris for the first time who took X-rays and made a full review. He very calmly explained my options and didn’t try and persuade me to do any of them.

I made my decision and over the next few months I had excellent treatment. The result is I have my smile back and my confidence is restored. I can fully recommend Chris who is the most caring and efficient dentist I’ve ever experienced and I’m so pleased I’ve found him. The nurses and receptionists are very welcoming and the ambiance is very calming.

New patient to this practice and the treatment I have had up to now has been first class.

Having had to change dentists after 45yrs I was worried I wouldn't feel as comfortable as I did in my old practice, but my fear was soon forgotten when I met Chris my new dentist, and all the staff at the practice.

They are a caring bunch, and my treatment was carried out with so much care and concern for my well-being. Thank you all.

I had a very off-putting visit with my own dentist so I thought I would give this dentist a try I was so happy leaving the dentist was lovely Mr Chris Truman and made me feel at ease. Thank you so much I am staying here now also my son was so nervous attending but come away with the biggest smile ever. Also the receptionist and staff were fantastic and polite. I would 100% recommend this dentist to anyone.

Had my first visit with cedars, since changing my practice. Must say that it was flawless from the receptionist to Chris the dentist. He was attentive and explained everything he did and what he was going to do. A very pleasant experience all round. This may sound strange it being a dental visit but it was all good.

First time with this surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received and the courtesy of the staff. From my experience would recommend them every time.

This was my second visit to the clinic where I was treated by Chris. I was concerned as I was having a back tooth removed which has been a part of me for over 70 years. The tooth had a large cavity and I was fearful that it would break upon being removed, necessitating a more complicate procedure.

Again I was put at ease by Chris and his staff and very gently he was able to remove the tooth in one piece. Chris is very professional and has an easy calm manner about him, I highly recommend this clinic.

Can't fault the practice at all, very professional, from the time you go through the door you are put at ease and made to feel comfortable. My granddaughters 8 and 10 have no fear at all of sitting in the chair with Chris and his nurse, they both explain everything to them as they go along, I rang at 0900 with a toothache. I was sat in the chair 12 30. All sorted brilliant would highly recommend them.

Having moved to Cardiff recently, I researched dental practices near me and read many reviews. I was encouraged to ring Cedars, after reading many favourable reviews and when I spoke to Cath the receptionist, I immediately felt as though I’d probably made a good decision. She was welcoming, professional, informative and put me immediately at ease.
My appointment with Dr Chris today was great. He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, explained everything and put me totally at ease and I’m sure I’ve found an excellent dentist. Even my husband who isn’t keen on having dental work will, I’m sure to be happy having long-overdue treatment at Cedars!

Great practice, from entering till leaving you will be welcomed by caring reception staff who will do all to help and reassure. Very impressed with Covid precautions, Chris is the dentist my wife and I see, and he and his dental nurse are totally capable and will talk you through your treatment as it is administered. Very highly recommended.

If you want a dentist surgery who are efficient and caring, look no further. The staff team are friendly and organised. Chris is exceptionally passionate about his work, thorough with his delivery and extremely patient with clients, explaining options and procedures clearly. Cedars were recommended by a friend and I am so glad I have found this gem of a practice. Thank you for helping me smile again :) see you in January.
