Have attended this amazing family run dentist for 20 years. The Receptionist Valerie is such an attentive, efficient, informative, member you first meet. The appointment availabilities are extremely varied and they aim to please your time your date. Her attention to detail is the best service I have ever received. Dentist Mark hill is the most outstanding dentist I've ever attended. His expertise and workmanship are incredible, from my crowns, root canals fillings. Yes, I've had a lot done through my own fault, not there advice lol, his work is exceptional, practice manager Sarah is always helpful, friendly, polite, attentive, such caring professional manager who definitely respects our experience and aims for this 5-star service to be maintained. Thank you all for the truly amazing service you've upheld for all these years.

I was terrified of dental treatment before going to Ben O’Movie about thirty years ago. He is always so kind and understanding and I am no longer afraid whilst in his care.

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
