Emergency Dentist Consultation Cardiff

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

My first visit and I was immensely impressed with Aleisha. She was the perfect professional who had evidently made herself fully aware of my current health issues and my concerns and anxiety. My Trigeminal Neuralgia warranted much discussion and we were both keen to ensure that we were on 'the same page' regarding future actions from various NHS partners. I can look back at my consultation with Aleisha as a totally comfortable experience. I have total confidence knowing that she will be looking after my interests moving forward. A true gem.

I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there.
