Restorative Dentist Consultation Cardiff

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

My wife had an x-ray for dental implant purposes, the surgery was very helpful. It would be nice if they would offer me and and wife a twice-yearly checkup once our dentures are fitted.

As a patient for more than 7 years, I have always left the practice feeling satisfied and very grateful for the investigations and treatments provided by Dr Koochek. I always feel that I leave the practice with the best possible outcome, where treatment has been based on the most up-to-date clinical evidence. It is a pleasure to be a patient here. The reception staff are always welcoming and make you feel at ease, even when you're feeling very nervous.
