Izzy (dental nurse) is lovely, caring, and very reassuring. Jag (dentist) is brilliant! Can't think of any other words to describe him. My appointment today was to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was pretty apprehensive but the whole team put me at my ease, explained everything thoroughly and completed the treatment in just a few minutes. I was given excellent after-care advice too. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the team have to wear PPE over and above their normal level of protection. Jag sported a snazzy hood completely covering his head and looked like a very dashing spaceman!
I had been unhappy with some of my teeth for many years. After a consultation with Mr Shah I decided to go down the route of tooth implant. Right from the start, I have to say this is not a cheap option. However, having decided on this I must say that the procedure was as painless as it possibly could be. It is a long process as Mr Shah prefers for everything to heal properly rather than rush things through. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I am delighted with the results. I have just returned from my six monthly appointment with Giles Saxon. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional way that he deals with his patients and the excellent service that he provides. He is well supported by his long standing assistant Angela and as a bonus he has obtained the services of a hygienist who although relatively young provided the best service I have ever experienced by a hygienist at a Dentist's practice. I can recommend this practice to anybody in need of a Dentist.
My husband and I went for our umpteenth decade half-yearly checkup with Anita. We were met by the efficient and friendly Nicola from reception at the appointed time at the door. Covid precautions were excellent and we were the only patients in the waiting room. As we were ready to leave the next patient arrived pressing the front doorbell. Nicola let us out by the side door before letting the next patient in by the front door. We felt completely safe and at ease from beginning to end.
