I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. From the minute you are picked up from the airport, the Health Direct team does an excellent job of providing excellent customer service and ensuring your comfort. They are incredibly polite. Ezgi is extremely sweet and treats us like family and friends while remaining professional. Until we got home, she made care to check on us every day. Oguz, whom we saw frequently and who is also bright, assisted us with therapies we were interested in pursuing in addition to what we had originally come for. I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia. The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today. All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore. It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

All the staff working at the clinic are very helpful. I am very satisfied with my dentist who treated me. I got the result I wanted in a very short time and painlessly.
