I heard about Dentaverse on the internet, I noticed that they have one of the best reviews and I decided to contact them. Hazal was very kind and answered absolutely all my questions, even helping me find the plane ticket. At the time of my arrival in Turkey, I met the Dentaverse team, which is made up of wonderful people and attentive to all my needs and requirements, which were not easy to solve, wanting a total reconstruction of my teeth and a Holywood smile. For this I need 5 bone implants, several extractions and dental implants. Each procedure that follows was explained to me in detail and the most wonderful thing was that each procedure was done without pain, but let's not forget the accommodation, which was excellent at a Hotel where the employees were also very kind and the conditions very good. I went to this clinic through recommendation of my friend craig who had his teeth done here. I had zirconium crowns and a bridge. My original teeth were awful and I had not smiled for a long time. My first visit here was very professional. The clinic is spotlessly clean and very modern. I was a very nervous patient but I was soon put at ease. I was explained everything they were going to do. I cannot express enough how happy I am with my beautiful new smile and the confidence I have gained thank you so so much. I would not have been able to afford this treatment I had in my own country England. Absolutley brilliant value for money thankyou for everything again.
From contacting Naz to finishing my treatment, everything was absolutely brilliant and professional. When I was talking with a few clinics, Naz explained every detail and walked me through the process. She never tried to force me, unlike the other clinics. She just kept giving me more information, telling every step, even a video call with my fantastic doctor, Dr Burak Kok. When I went there for my treatment, Naz herself and a driver came to pick me up, and they took me to my hotel, which was very clean and nice. The room was spacious as well. I tried so many delicious food eventhough I was getting a dental treatment. I did a Hollywood Smile with 24 Zirconium crowns. After they shaved my teeth, they made a temporary tooth the same day!!! I was shocked. So while I was waiting for my actual teeth to be made, I was still enjoying my days and food. The service I received was superb. Huge thanks to my family in Turkey! I highly recommend this practice if you want good advice, good treatment and aftercare. After thorough examination, X-ray and 3D scan, it was advised implants would be more beneficial long term. Unlike the UK, you are not rushed with your appointments; no matter how busy, it's all at your pace. The procedure was totally painless, and the dentist was amazing, gentle reassuring. I loved Dr Didem singing 🙂 I was given ample pain medication and antibiotics after the procedures. I'm absolutely with my temporary teeth and can't wait to return for my permanents. Batuhan Yetki was an amazing support from the very first day (thank you ❤️). You get to stay in beautiful Izmir, it's safe and very friendly, with beautiful food and traditional bazaar and cafes.❤️
