I had 18 crowns fitted at Dent Nova and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with the result. I have chosen the clinic because of the direct contact I had with Dr Melisa before my arrival. With most dental practices it is either an intl. sales or customer service person that answers your questions and makes grand promises that often cannot met. I had a complex bite from a misaligned jaw, chipped composite bonding and my teeth were pointing outwards in all directions. I really wanted to speak to an expert to receive a realistic review of what can be achieved. Dr Melisa answered all of my questions and I felt a great sense of trust. She and her team are very warm and welcoming and operate on an ethical basis. They are also very transparent and fair in their pricing policy and would not charge for unnecessary services (such as unnecessary root canals) or offer premium prices based on your country of residence. I felt in very good hands and I think that the clinic is a hidden treasure. I was travelling alone and the Dent Nova team was very caring and helpful in making sure I find my way around the city, and I was even invited for a weekend of sightseeing.
