My name is Mohamed. I live on California, USA. My story with dentaray started on July 2025, when I was struggling with my bad teeth. Several doctors on California made me lose hope about the condition of my teeth, especially since dental prices on America are high. I submitted an online consultation request and received a response in last than 30 minutes. Mr NOUR is the clinic's medical consultant, is very responsible, friendly, and knowledgeable. He provided me with all the instructions and asked me to send photos of my teeth. He answered all my questions in specific detail. In less than 24 hours, my appointment was booked. He reserved the hotel room for me and prepared the transportation for me; the hotel and transportation are free of charge, meaning that the clinic would pay for the hotel and transport if you do a Hollywood smile there. Mr Nour was also in contact with me during my flight. When I arrived to Istanbul, the driver was waiting for me in the airport, then another driver picked me up from the hotel to the clinic. The hotel was near the clinic. The clinic staff is very friendly, and the clinic is super clean and equipped with the newest technology. My primary dentist is Abdulnasser, is very genius and intelligent. He was able to prepare my teeth for crowns despite my teeth's condition. One of my teeth had only the roots remaining on my gums, which a couple of doctors in California had advised that surgery was needed to extract those roots. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. I’m not one to leave feedback on companies to be honest but felt like I had to leave one for Dis Levent International because of their attention to detail and professionalism. From the moment I started to think about getting my teeth done I was petrified as it’s the most important thing when you smile and you hear horror stories about Turkey. But from the moment I started talking to Maya the English Speaking lady who was lovely and couldn’t do enough for you from being collected at the airport, having the full Hollywood Smile of 26 Zircronium Crowns top and bottom and the hotel back to the airport they really really look after you. They really take the time to discuss your procedure and they care, they really care about you which is lovely. My doctor was Dentist Dr Ruchan who is a magician and his attention to detail is amazing, even working to 10:40 pm one night to get what he wanted to be done. He even asked that I go back at 8 pm just because he wasn’t happy with the gap and bite which I couldn’t notice but he did and so he wanted it perfect. The whole thing was so amazing and I never had anything to worry about. Even having some injections in my mouth, he told me his patients don’t feel the injections as he numbs them first and he was right, I had about 6 injections and didn’t feel a thing. I even said to him he was super gentle - if you are looking to get any dental work done at all then I would highly recommend this company. I wish I could upload the photos of before or after (guess you’ll see them on their website anyway) because I am soooo pleased with the outcome, my smile is 100% perfect and I can’t thank Maya, Dr Ruchan and the team for such an amazing effort. Really, this is the go-to dentist for sure. This company and Dr Ruchan is like a God to me, changing people's teeth and making them feel like 10 million dollar, he’s so so talented - god Bless you all and thank you.
