He reserved the hotel room for me and prepared the transportation for me; the hotel and transportation are free of charge, meaning that the clinic would pay for the hotel and transport if you do a Hollywood smile there. Mr Nour was also in contact with me during my flight. When I arrived to Istanbul, the driver was waiting for me in the airport, then another driver picked me up from the hotel to the clinic. The hotel was near the clinic. The clinic staff is very friendly, and the clinic is super clean and equipped with the newest technology. My primary dentist is Abdulnasser, is very genius and intelligent. He was able to prepare my teeth for crowns despite my teeth's condition. One of my teeth had only the roots remaining on my gums, which a couple of doctors in California had advised that surgery was needed to extract those roots. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. Brilliant experience from the dentist and staff. I'd researched for about a year and read all the reviews, I picked this one because of the professionalism of Dr Omer and his staff, and nothing was too much trouble. I'd sent them a lot of photos of my teeth, I had two missing from the front, and had a pallet which I hated and lots of fillings. Dr Omer and his team came back to me with the plan, and told me exactly what he was going to do and would not add any additional cost to the plan. So I went ahead with the plan would pay in two halves. I flew out to Istanbul in October 2024. Kenan, who did all the organising through WhatsApp, was great. He sorted the taxis out and the hotel. On the first visit, the dentist did two extractions, five implants and a root canal on another day. No pain but a bit of swelling around my face, which was taken care of with the medication, which was also included in the price. I was there for five days in Istanbul. In February 2025, I went back after my gums had healed up for ten days. The dentist did four root canal treatments and fillings, 28 zirconia crowns and a night guard. The total cost was for two extractions Five implants Five root canals 28 zirconia crowns One night guard £6,800.
