From my first contact with Onur up to the end of my first part of my treatment I can say wholeheartedly my experience has been 10/10. I have a serious phobia about Dentist as I have had many bad experiences in the UK, I opted to be asleep during surgery as the anxiety I usually suffer is overwhelming, Dr Ezgi (my surgeon), asked me to trust her and let her try without my being put to sleep, I was so anxious and terrified but she assured me and advised me against spending an unnecessary £400 for sedation, so I tried and and tell you no lie I felt absolutely no pain. Big up Dr Egzi 👌🏾 My Dentist Dr Ersin was very attentive and gentle and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and made sure I was happy and comfortable. Big up Dr Ersin 👌🏾 The clinic is clean and well presented and all staff are professional and make you feel comfortable, you do not feel like you are rushed into anything and there is no hidden charges, you may even end up paying less than you originally expected. All in all, a 10/10 experience, and I will be back in September for my final session. Well done Clinic Prime 💯
Very good value for money. Super cheap prices and the service is second to none. The dentists speak English, but they even have a translator with you all the way. The communication prior to the dental procedure was also very smooth via WhatsApp and every text message was responded to very rapidly. I can definitely recommend this place.
