I visited this clinic for dental crowns. First, they created a digital model and placed temporary crowns, and everything looked fine. However, after the final crowns were installed, it became clear that they did not match the digital model or the temporary crowns. Moreover, the two front incisors, which should be mirror images of each other, ended up being different lengths. The clinic has agreed to fix the issue at no additional cost, which I appreciate. Arzu & Cenk are great caring people, who go above and beyond. I need 2 un-erupted K9’s removed requiring surgery, I was nervous but they reassured me I’d be fine. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure which was fairly quick, I was issued pain killers and a care sheet and brought back for 2 days for check ups to make sure everything was as expected. I can’t fault the service 5*.
