The process took only two days to fit my crown. On the third day, I booked a follow-up appointment because I experienced some discomfort and wanted it checked. They accommodated me without any issues at a time that suited me. As for the staff, I had an exceptional doctor who was highly experienced, thorough, and dedicated to achieving the best result. My doctor spoke English fluently, though initially, I didn’t realize this and communicated in Russian with the nurses, who then translated for the doctor. It turned out that the nurses were fluent in Turkish, English, and Russian, so I had no problems understanding everything throughout the process. I can say it’s rare for something to truly impress me, but I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and attentive the staff was. I left the clinic with a strong desire to return. It was a very positive experience—everything was clean, modern, and up to date.
