From my first contact with Merve, I was extremely impressed by her professional, speedy responses to my questions and excellent English. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of my questions were carefully answered and each detail of my treatment plan explained. Clients are met at the airport and collected for appointments from their hotels for each treatment needed by their friendly driver. The clinic is immaculate with all of the very latest technology. All of the staff are expert at putting you at ease when you are feeling nervous. Nazife, my dentist, always explained clearly what she was going to work on during each appointment and gave me an idea of how long this would take. Pain-killing injections were very effective and I was able to listen to a couple of audiobooks on my headphones to while away the time! Nazife's attention to detail was fantastic and she works incredibly patiently and carefully. I am overjoyed with the end results and very grateful for everyone's hard work and considerate care.
