I am from Vietnam and visited Dr. Farhan during my short vacation in Malaysia. The doctor managed to make plastic ones within 24h!!! After my arrival I also ordered and I also ordered Hawley Retainers with delivery to Vietnam. The doctor sent me retainers and today I received the great ones. Dr Lau is a very professional dentist with good manners not only to his patient but staffs too. Yesterday I went to consult him regarding the sharp pain I was having. He started checking and found cavity on the upper tooth, then he asked if I would like to an x-ray to show me the problem. After taking the x-ray, he explained the situation and seek my decision. He did not push me to do fillings or extraction of the tooth. Since I am there, might as well settled it once and for all, so, I decided to extract my tooth. The tooth was properly extracted without feeling any pain and even the injection. When I went home, after some time the numbness was gone, to my surprise there was no pain. Dr Lau did a very good job. Thank you, Dr Lau and his team. The clinic is also very clean and tidy. I will recommend this dental clinic to others especially Dr Lau. Keep up the good job!

Input of passion, creativeness and hard work by Dr. Nicholas Yap and his team to provide quality and affordable dental services to the community is highly commendable.

When I got to know that Dr. Fauziah will be the one treating me I automatically switched my mind to proceed straight away to do my veneer without any doubt, because I believe Dr Fauziah is so professional and has a naturally lovely personality. She took the time to explain every procedure in details with her beautiful illustrations. She also gave all the effort explaining all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. Her staffs are so helpful and friendly. Dr Chuah had good verbal communication as well, constantly telling me to relax, close my mouth a little or open it a little wider etc. throughout the cleaning process. Overall it was a superb job done with a feeling of thoroughly cleansed mouth when it's finished.
