Eliane personally coordinates every detail outside the clinical room: pre-travel virtual consultation scheduling with Dr. Habib Zarifeh, written treatment plan confirmation, flight planning advice, hotel arrangements at preferred partner rates, airport pickup and drop-off, daily transport between hotel and clinic, restaurant recommendations, tourism programs through partner agencies, and post-treatment paperwork for insurance claim-back where applicable.

Nada KHOURY — Administrative Manager

Nada leads the entire administrative engine of Smile Infinity Medical Center of Excellence Beirut. With the center since 2005 — over two decades of operational leadership — she oversees admin, operations, HR, finance and full clinic logistics under one consolidated role.

Holder of a Business background and fluent in Arabic, English and French, Nada manages the day-to-day machinery that allows Dr. Habib Zarifeh and the clinical team to focus entirely on patient care. Her remit covers staff coordination across all departments, financial controls and supplier relationships, HR oversight for the multilingual team, patient documentation flow from intake through discharge, inter-departmental scheduling, vendor management, and compliance with ISO 9001 administrative standards across every clinical workflow.

Working alongside our International Patient Coordinator, Nada ensures that incoming medical-tourism arrivals from the Gulf, Europe, Africa and the Americas find a center already prepared for them — paperwork ready, room scheduled, team briefed, every detail handled.

Chantale CHERFANE — Plastic Surgery Centre Manager & Main CMC Patient Coordinator

Chantale leads two interconnected pillars of the Smile Infinity offering. As Manager of the Plastic Surgery Centre at Ferrari Dental Clinic by Smile Infinity (Marc 1, Sin El Fil), she oversees the complete operational and patient-facing flow of our cosmetic and aesthetic surgery practice — coordinating with our plastic surgery team, managing pre-operative consultations and post-operative follow-up, and ensuring that every patient receives the comprehensive support that aesthetic procedures require.

She also serves as our main Patient Coordinator at Clemenceau Medical Center (CMC) in Hamra — the Johns Hopkins International affiliated, JCI-accredited hospital where Dr. Habib Zarifeh is Head of Oral Surgery.
