Nada KHOURY — Administrative Manager
Nada leads the entire administrative engine of Smile Infinity Medical Center of Excellence Beirut. With the center since 2005 — over two decades of operational leadership — she oversees admin, operations, HR, finance and full clinic logistics under one consolidated role.
Holder of a Business background and fluent in Arabic, English and French, Nada manages the day-to-day machinery that allows Dr. Habib Zarifeh and the clinical team to focus entirely on patient care. Her remit covers staff coordination across all departments, financial controls and supplier relationships, HR oversight for the multilingual team, patient documentation flow from intake through discharge, inter-departmental scheduling, vendor management, and compliance with ISO 9001 administrative standards across every clinical workflow.
Working alongside our International Patient Coordinator, Nada ensures that incoming medical-tourism arrivals from the Gulf, Europe, Africa and the Americas find a center already prepared for them — paperwork ready, room scheduled, team briefed, every detail handled.
Twenty-one years of running the same medical center is not a job title. It is institutional memory — the deep operational knowledge that turns a clinic into a destination.
