Here’s why I think Dr Greg Henry is the best dentist in the universe. My dentophobia was so severe I neglected my teeth and hadn’t seen a dentist in donkeys years until, in 2022, a toothache got so bad that I had no choice. I went online to see where in Bray I might find one who deals with nervous patients. I was pointed to the Avondale Dental Clinic. I emailed them saying, “I'm 62 years of age and have a profound fear of dentists. It's been five years since my last visit to a dentist.” It read like one of those Friday confessions I was forced to do as a child: “Bless me, Father, for I have sinned. It’s been five years since my last confession.” Anyway… I got an appointment with Dr Greg Henry in the Avondale Clinic. As I lay on the treatment chair I shook like – I was going to say a leaf, but more like a tree in a storm. “Can we say that you’re extremely anxious?” he asked while filling out my patient notes. “Y-y-yes,” I stuttered. Dr Henry was so kind, patient, professional and brilliant at his job, the tooth was filled before I knew it. I went back a while later for another treatment and shook less. From then I agreed to see Dr Henry for regular, twice-yearly check-ups. At a recent appointment, I realised that the awful fear I’d felt about going to the dentist had been lifted off me. I was free. I lay back and pretended I was in a beauty parlour, not a dental clinic. The man’s a genius. I cannot recommend Dr Greg Henry highly enough. Form an orderly queue now, people. I was here first :)

I made an appointment with Wicklow Dental because I was disappointed with my previous dentist and was looking for a better service. I also brought along my Mum who is 82 yrs and was in need of a check up. We were both very satisfied with the experience. The dentist was very competent and gave a fabulous clean and polish. He wasn't pushy about other services on offer and gave me a temporary solution to my chipped front teeth which only cost 100 euros and looks good and will do the trick until I need an actual crown. The reception staff and dental nurse were also very friendly and professional. All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Hi Appointment time was taken on time. The Dentist was attentive and listened to what my problem .was. Procedure was carried out in a professional manner without any fuss. All in all a great experience.

My daughter had amazing appointments with Olga and is now going to begin her Invisalign journey with Dr. Jim and the Ortho team. The reception is always warm and welcoming.

I've had an implant done by Dr. Mihai and I am quite nervous about dental treatments but can honestly say St. Peter's Square is an excellent dentist and I am now going back for a crown. All dentists and staff are top-class. I would highly recommend it.

I have never published an online review before, and these few words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation for Doctor Tauheed's professionalism. I have been ill for the past few weeks and have visited numerous doctors in Ireland... I visited online GPs, in-person GPs, Connolly hospital emergency (public) and Hermitage hospital emergency (private), but no one helped me feel better and more mentally capable of battling the physical health issue I was experiencing. As there are no appointments or doctors available to see me, I was really alarmed when the majority of them informed me that I would have to wait several months for further tests. In-person GPs advised me to visit the emergency for blood tests and charged me €80 for the referral. When I was nearly unconscious, a Connolly hospital staff member prodded me in the chest and stated I was acting (as if visiting the hospital is a cinema hall with a free ticket). And after collecting my blood and waiting 8 hours, the emergency doctor informed me that my inflammation mark is about 110, which is dangerously high; it should be less than 5; nevertheless, there are no doctors available to investigate, so I must return to my primary care physician. Here, God brought me Doctor Tauheed, who suggested I visit Hermitage or any private facility. I paid about €600 for scans and blood tests at Hermitage but was left with the information that I will need a colonoscopy, for which the doctor is not accessible for several weeks. I was utterly broken and hopeless in my life due to the physical and mental pains I was experiencing. I asked a second GP if she could help me with medication or appointments, and she told me that patients with cancer were also waiting, so I would have to wait as well, which made me feel even more terrified and helpless. The very first time I saw Doctor Tauheed, he made me feel better and more optimistic, so I felt compelled to visit him at least for a conversation. Doctor Tauheed felt his patient's anguish and went above and beyond to help me make an appointment and be seen by a doctor in NO TIME. With his supportive comments and assurance that I'm here to help you, I already felt optimistic and psychologically strong to overcome my weakness. Every other doctor heard me speak in order to respond, but Doctor Tauheed listened in order to comprehend what was wrong with me and how to treat it. Waiting for weeks and months for appointments and doctors is a disgrace in and of itself, and it may be a more complex problem than can be readily solved, but exhibiting little concern and offering few words of hope to patients shouldn't be that difficult for any doctor. A huge salute to Doctor Tauheed for being the true doctor who knows how to make his patients feel better. I wish him nothing but success in life. Thank you, Doctor Tauheed.

This morning I had a cleaning and polishing with dentist Eva McAuliffe. She was very gentle and understanding of my nervousness. She did a most wonderful job on my teeth. They're sparkling! I'm thrilled to bits. Thank you very much. I recommend Eva very much.
