Dr Linehan qualified with honours in Trinity College, Dublin in 2001. He achieved success in college by creating the first Ryanair website.

After qualifying he moved to the UK for 2 years and worked in an excellent cosmetic practice. Upon returning to Ireland he joined his brother in a practice in Tiperrary and then set up in Limerick.

He has completed extensive training in orthodontics, dental implantology and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Linehan practices full-time at the Seapoint Clinic.

Dr. Vaidas Varinauskas is a registered Oral Surgery Specialist with the Irish Dental Council.

He is Member of the Irish Association of Oral Surgery (IAOS) & Member of ITI International Team for Implantology.

Dr. Varinauskas often shares his experience, lecturing and presenting courses in various conferences and seminars. He is author and co-author of 13 articles in refereed Scientific Journals related to teeth implants and oral surgery.

In 2014 Vaidas Varinauskas was awarded his PhD degree at the Lithuanian Health Science University for defending theses on “Functional study of overloading of symmetrical dental implants and fixed full-arch restoration in edentulous jaw case by finite element method”.

Dr Nerijus Zilius graduated from the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences with Masters degree in 2004.

After two decades in dentistry, Dr Nerijus has developed his skills into complex prosthetic and restorative dentistry, dental implants and oral surgery. Has a vast experience in a very wide spectrum of dental procedures such as full mouth rehabilitation with removable and non removable prosthesis, has a special interest in such treatment procedures as porcelain veneers/crowns and bridges on natural teeth respecting natural healthy tissues and following minimally invasive preparation technique, All-On-X and “teeth in one day” full arch implant rehabilitation.

Dr Nerijus is keeping his continuous focus and education in further development into modern prosthetic-restorative and digital dentistry techniques and is a member of International Team for Implantology (ITI) and Irish Dental Association (IDA).

Dr. Colin graduated from University College Cork in 1998. He has a wealth of experience in private practice and worked previously in a private practice in Richmond, London for 16 years, before he joined Seapoint Clinic.

Dr. Colin comes highly recommended for his solutions of small to complex dental problems with an eye for detail and precision. He is proficient in the placement of dental implants having trained with the Oxford Society of Implantology in 2007/2008 as well as smile design having undertaken numerous aesthetic courses in London and New York. He also underwent advanced training in Head and Neck Anatomy at the University of Lille, France in 2008.

He has always been keen to expand his skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of general family dentistry.

In his spare time Dr. Colin has a passionate interest in nutrition and wellbeing as well as being a keen sports fan with a particular love of rugby.

Dr. Griffin graduated from the Dublin Dentist School, Trinity College Dublin as well as attending the London Hospital Medicine College, Southampton University Hospital, The Regional Orthodontic Unit and St. James Hospital Dublin. Dr. Griffin furthered his training at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Griffin’s vast catalog of expertise has enabled him to provide exceptional care and treatment for each and every patient. An active member of the Irish Dental Association, Orthodontic Society of Ireland, the American Association of Orthodontists – Dr. Griffin has previously held the role of secretary of the Irish American Association of Graduate Dental Specialists.

Dr. Griffin is one of Ireland’s top orthodontists, providing cutting edge, modern Invisalign treatment which uses clear aligners to gently moving your teeth into the desired position.

His continued drive to better himself and his active involvement in the vast world of dentistry are sure to cement Seapoint Clinic’s status as the European leader in patient care. Dr. Alessandra Barbedo qualified from the Dentistry School, PUC University in South of Brazil. She got her Specialist degree in Orthodontics and a Masters degree in Dentistry, at Fernando Pessoa University (Portugal).

Dr. Barbedo is a member of Irish Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and World Federation of Orthodontists.

Her passion lies in being able to provide a wide range of orthodontic solutions for her patients. This allows her patients the opportunity to consider different options for straightening their teeth while having a minimal impact on their lifestyle. She provides clear aligners (Invisalign treatment), cosmetic and metallic braces for both children and adults, helping them to achieve a great and brilliant smile.

We are delighted to have Dr Máirtín and his extensive experience with us at Seapoint.

Dr Máirtín specialises in cosmetics, implants and restorative dentistry and prides himself on delivering treatments that are both aesthetically pleasing and natural looking.

Dr Máirtín regularly attends workshops in both the United States and Europe which focus on the cutting-edge of clinical developments and over the last decade has lectured on all aspects of restorative dentistry.

Clodagh graduated from UCC in 2000. She moved to London and worked in a private clinic in Wimbledon for two years and upon her return, she set up her award winning practice in Bray, Co. Wicklow. This was amalgamated with Seapoint in 2012.

Dr. Myers has completed advanced training in dental implants in the USA, Ireland and the UK. She has extensive experience in both placing and restoring implants, and is also a regular attendee at courses both at home and overseas in order to stay abreast of the latest developments in cosmetic and implant dentistry.

She has had several articles published locally and appears regularly on radio and in other media talking about dental issues and the relative solutions. She has also received advanced training in CEREC and digital dentistry. In her spare time, Clodagh is heavily involved in all areas of fitness and nutrition and has completed several ironman triathlons overseas.

This is the practice of root canal treatment, which can save a tooth after it has developed an infection.

She has attended many postgraduate courses nationally and internationally in different aspects of dentistry and her kind and caring manner makes her a welcome addition to our team here. A native of France, Dr. Berthelin moved to Ireland in recent years with her husband.

She has trained with some of the biggest names in the field of international endodontics and restorative dentistry, such as Yoshi Terauchi, Ove Peters, Gil Tirlet and Jean-Pierre Attal.

She is also a member of the European Society of Endodontology (ESE) and the Irish Endodontic Society (IES).

Over the course of his career, Dr. Adeen has been working as a general dentist carrying out a range of restorative treatments for patients of all ages, including fillings, root canals, fixed and removable prosthesis, and extractions. Dr. Adeen loves meeting new patients, and especially helping anxious patients feel at ease. His selfless acts and outstanding care have seen him receive several prestigious awards such as the O’Mullane Prize in 2018. His wealth of knowledge and expertise makes him a hit with patients of all ages.

He continues to make advances in his professional development and is currently undergoing a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Dentistry. He is also an Invisalign provider and takes great care in moving teeth to the correct position to improve smiles. Dr. Adeen is also the lead clinician in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine here at Seapoint Clinic. He has undergone special training in this unique field in Ireland, England, and the US. He takes great care in treating people with snoring or obstructive sleep apnoea.

He is an expert at all oral surgical procedures including extractions, widsdom tooth removal, soft tissue grafting and dental implants.

During this time, he discovered his true calling in dentistry and gained valuable hands-on experience. One year of his tenure was dedicated to serving the Ministry of Health, further honing his skills and compassion for patients.

Driven by his passion for dental care, Dr. Safa spent 3 years studying for his master’s degree in Prosthodontics in Ukraine when he relocated to Ireland. Upon joining Seapoint Clinic, Dr. Safa shifted his focus towards periodontics, recognising the importance of preventive care and patient education.

With a warm and friendly demeanor, Dr. Safa is dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care to his patients. He is known for his attention to detail, his compassionate approach, and his commitment to helping patients achieve optimal oral health. His expertise in periodontics allows him to address gum diseases and other periodontal issues, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment.

His diverse background enhances his ability to communicate effectively, making him particularly attuned to his patients’ needs, no matter their cultural background. His passion for dentistry, combined with his exceptional skills and caring personality, make him a trusted and respected dentist at Seapoint Clinic.

She is among our most popular clinical team members, as her cheery nature always puts even the most nervous of patients at ease, particularly the small ones.

She extensively attends regular conferences to expand her skill base and keep up to date with any advances in her field.

She started at Seapoint Clinic in 2021 in our periodontics department and is a welcome member of the team. She has caring manners and thoroughly enjoys her chosen profession.

Dr. Elena is originally from Ukraine and works as a Dentist here at Seapoint Clinic. 

She provides a wide range of general dentistry treatments and is known for her kind, gentle, and welcoming approach. 

Dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and at ease, Dr. Elena takes the time to listen and ensure each visit is a positive experience. 

She speaks both English and Ukrainian fluently, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients.

Upon qualification, she immediately entered private dental practice in Dublin where she has gained extensive experience in restorative dental procedures.

She has pursued additional specialist training, earning the Diploma in Primary Care Dentistry at RCSI and completing Invisalign training.

As an ongoing student of aesthetic dentistry, she completed the year long diploma in Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry with Dr. Monik, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Aesthetic Dentistry at King’s College London. Passionate about minimally invasive and functional aesthetic dentistry, she enjoys treatments such as composite bonding, Invisalign, and minimal prep./no prep. veneers. Demonstrating a holistic approach, she also finds fulfillment in relieving patients from pain through endodontics/root canals, emphasizing the importance of preserving teeth whenever possible.

Hermela has a diverse background, originally from Eritrea in North east Africa and growing up in Italy, Bologna, before relocating to Ireland.

Outside the dental realm, she enjoys traveling, volunteering abroad, fashion and beauty.

Damien is a highly skilled dental surgeon with broad clinical experience across general, cosmetic, surgical, and paediatric dentistry. His calm, compassionate nature, paired with an impressive background in hospital and private practice settings, makes him an excellent addition to our team.

He holds a Bachelor of Dental Science (Hons) from University College Cork, a Diploma in Primary Care Dentistry, and Membership of the Faculty of Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Damien also has a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UCD.

Damien has worked in some of Ireland’s leading medical and dental institutions. His previous roles include time spent in the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery department at University Hospital Limerick and in Paediatric Dental Surgery across Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin and Temple Street. He has also worked extensively in general and orthodontic practices, including Dublin Orthodontics, Dame Street Dental, and Dental Options in Kildare.

At Seapoint, Damien provides a wide range of treatments, including emergency dental care, all types of extractions (including wisdom teeth), and dentures. He also has a particular interest in cosmetic procedures such as composite bonding, veneers, and full Smile Design. In addition, Damien offers check-ups and emergency dental care for children, bringing his experience in paediatric dentistry to ensure younger patients feel at ease and well cared for.

He is known for his attention to detail and commitment to high clinical standards. Damien has presented at both national and international dental conferences, including the European Academy of Paediatric Dentistry and the Sylvester O’Halloran Perioperative Symposium. He is also actively involved in audit and research and has completed hands-on training courses across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the U.S.

Outside the clinic, Damien is a dedicated volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul and enjoys CrossFit, weekly Parkrun events, and supporting Leinster Rugby.

Dr. Andreea is a Specialist Periodontist at Seapoint Clinic with a strong background in general dentistry and several years of experience delivering both surgical and non-surgical periodontal care.

She brings a calm, patient-focused approach to every treatment, with particular skill in managing complex periodontal cases from initial diagnosis to surgery and long-term maintenance.

Dr. Andreea is highly proficient in a wide range of procedures, including scaling and root planing, periodontal flap surgery, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, and both full and partial prosthetics. Her clinical expertise is supported by a strong foundation in patient education, including oral hygiene instruction and tobacco cessation counselling to support long-term periodontal health.

Dr. Andreea works closely with our prosthodontic, orthodontic, and implant teams to deliver integrated, high-quality care. She is passionate about creating a relaxed and supportive environment, and is especially skilled at helping patients with dental anxiety feel at ease.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Andreea enjoys keeping active at the gym and unwinding with a good gaming session. Her balanced approach to work and life, combined with her dedication to patient care, makes her a valued member of the Seapoint team.

Dr. Andreea is available for appointments at both our Blackrock and Sandyford clinics and looks forward to helping patients restore and maintain their periodontal health.

Dr. Alison Browne is an experienced General & Cosmetic Dentist with a passion for helping patients achieve confident, natural-looking smiles.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Alison is currently completing a Master’s in Aesthetic Dentistry at King’s College London. She is a full Invisalign provider with over five years of experience, having successfully treated more than 100 cases.

Alison has also completed postgraduate diplomas in both Primary Care Dentistry and Clear Aligner Therapy, along with advanced training in anti-ageing injections and dermal fillers.

With a strong focus on detail and precision, Alison provides a wide range of aesthetic and restorative treatments, including composite bonding, porcelain veneers, ICON treatment, and whitening. Known for her caring approach and eye for detail, she takes pride in helping every patient achieve a smile they love.

Orthodontic Therapist

Rachael always had a strong interest in the field of orthodontics and decided to return to university as a mature student to study in the field and qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2023 with a graduate certificate in Orthodontic Therapy.

Rachael, who is originally from Wicklow, has been a long-standing member of staff here at Seapoint. 15 years to date. She completed her Professional Nursing Qualification from Trinity College in 2007 and she was previously one of our senior orthodontic nurses, alongside our orthodontist and has also had training in tooth whitening and cannulation for IV sedation.. Rachael is a strong asset to the team and is a firm favourite with her patients at Seapiont.

Mollie is among our most popular clinical team members, as her cheery nature always puts even the most nervous of patients at ease.

She has traveled extensively and attends regular conferences to expand her skill-base and keep up to date with any advances in her field.

She started at Seapoint Clinic in March 2020 as a Dental Hygienist and is a welcome member to the team. She has a very sociable yet caring manner and thoroughly enjoys her chosen profession.

Casey is one of our Dental Nurses and Orthodontic Treatment Coordinators at Seapoint Clinic, working alongside Dr. Alessandra Barbedo in our Blackrock Clinic. 

With several years of experience in front-of-house roles across various corporate companies, Casey brings exceptional communication skills and a naturally caring nature to her role. She takes great pride in helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their orthodontic journey, guiding them through each stage of treatment with warmth and professionalism. 

Known for her friendly personality and ever-present smile, Casey is a valued member of the Seapoint team and plays an important role in ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care.

Róisín is our lead nurse for sterilisation and compliance, whose diligence ensures the highest level of standards for our patients.

Currently a Trinity College Dublin Diploma Student at the Dublin Dental Hospital in the evening times, Róisín is proving her academic abilities alongside her excellent work ethic and organisational skills.

Róisín’s extensive experience comes from an array of different fields, having worked healthcare prior to joining our team. Róisín has a wonderful manner and enjoys working in a dynamic clinic environment.

Aoife is one of our Dental Nurses at Seapoint Clinic, bringing with her valuable experience from her previous roles in healthcare.

Her background has equipped her with excellent skills in patient care, and she is known for her calm and approachable nature.

With a background as a dedicated dental hygienist, she has worked as an instrumentalist in periodontal surgery and as an assistant in orthodontics. Carmen is highly skilled in treating both adolescents and adults, bringing a warm and empathetic approach that ensures patients feel comfortable and at ease.

She has a strong passion for educating patients about oral hygiene, specialising in curettage procedures and maintenance for those with advanced periodontitis or implantology needs.

Outside of work, Carmen enjoys travelling, dancing, and music. She also has a keen interest in photography and spending time outdoors, whether hiking scenic trails or taking in the beauty of nature. After years of visiting Ireland, she embraced a new adventure by moving to Dublin to experience life here and improve her English.

Originally from Russia, Tatiana is fluent in both Russian and English, making her a friendly and approachable team member for a diverse range of patients.

Asmahan is one of our dedicated dental nurses at Seapoint Clinic, bringing a wealth of experience in paediatric and general dentistry.

Originally from Cairo, Egypt, she earned her Bachelor of Dental and Oral Surgery from Future University in Cairo in 2016, graduating with distinction. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Paediatric Dentistry at Ain Shams University.

With a strong clinical background, Asmahan has worked in both hospital and private clinic settings, treating patients of all ages with a particular focus on pediatric care. She has extensive experience in primary dental procedures, including pulpotomies, pulpectomies, restorations, extractions, and the placement of stainless steel and zirconium crowns. Her expertise also extends to general dentistry, where she has assisted in complex restorative and surgical procedures.

Passionate about patient education, Asmahan enjoys guiding children and their families on the importance of oral hygiene and preventive care. She is also trained in administering general anesthesia for paediatric patients, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience for young patients undergoing treatment.

In addition to her dental career, Asmahan is a professional basketball player and has represented Egypt in international competitions. Outside of work, Asmahan has a keen interest in continuing professional development, regularly attending workshops and courses to expand her skills.

Originally from Ukraine, Ivanka moved to Ireland in 2016 and built a successful career in hotel management before deciding to pursue her passion for healthcare. Before joining Seapoint Clinic, Ivanka worked as a Dental Nurse and Receptionist, where she supported general dentists and implantologists during clinical procedures while also managing front desk responsibilities such as appointment coordination, patient communication, and treatment support.

Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and English, with basic knowledge of French and Portuguese, allowing her to connect effortlessly with patients from diverse backgrounds. She holds certificates in dental nursing and dental technology from Venezuela, bringing both professional expertise and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Known for her calm and reassuring nature, Stephanie excels at supporting patients who may feel anxious, ensuring they are comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment. She takes pride in clearly explaining each procedure from start to finish, helping patients feel at ease at every step.

Stephanie also has a strong musical background, having studied classical music for 12 years at the Vicente Emilio Sojo Conservatory in Barquisimeto, Venezuela. She played the oboe for 10 years and now performs on the transverse flute. She was also a member of the White Hand Choir, an orchestra and choir for the deaf. Her dedication to music has helped her develop discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and sensitivity – qualities she brings into her professional life.

As a highly skilled Personal Assistant, Dee has worked with CEO-level executives in Dublin and London, earning a reputation for her reliability, discretion, and dedication. Sonia has many years of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked as front of house in the hotel and restaurant sector. Upon leaving school, she began working as a PA in law firm in Prague and she also began teaching English in private pre-schools simultaneously.

After exiting the hospitality industry, she then continued on to become part of the events/wedding team where she worked the past 6 months. This involved her in everything from coordinating show, hosting detailed meetings and assisting all couples with everything they needed right up to their wedding day.

Her drive for excellence and her kind, caring manner with the public is what makes her a fantastic addition to the Seapoint Clinic reception team.

Vladyslava is one of our skilled dental technicians at Seapoint Clinic, with years of experience in crafting high-quality dental prosthetics.

She studied Orthopedic Dentistry at Kharkiv Medical College in Ukraine, where she gained expertise in designing and manufacturing dental appliances, including partial dentures, retainers, and clasp prosthetics. With a background in both dental technology and management, Vladyslava is detail-oriented, highly organised, and dedicated to achieving the best results for patients. She enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in her strong communication skills.

Outside of work, Vladyslava has a passion for snowboarding, hiking, and language learning.

Originally from the Czech Republic, she earned her diploma in dental technology from university in České Budějovice before gaining experience in modern dental laboratories across Prague. She has expertise in both removable and fixed dentures, using traditional manual techniques as well as advanced CAD/CAM technology, including ExoCad and ZirkonZahn software. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail, Michaela thrives in a team environment and is always eager to learn new skills. She is hardworking, precise, and committed to ensuring every dental restoration she creates meets the highest standards.

Michaela finds deep fulfilment in helping patients achieve beautiful smiles and takes pride in her craftsmanship at Seapoint Clinic.

Lucian joined our busy dental laboratory in August 2015 and has quickly found his feet. He qualified as a dental technician, with honours, in 2006 after attending Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Lucian worked in the crown and bridge department at a private laboratory gaining a wealth of experience, before moving to Dublin in 2012, where he continued to develop his skills as a dental technician in another private lab. We’re thrilled to have him on board at Seapoint.

Georgiana is an integral part of the daily running of the clinic as our Operations Manager

Georgiana’s cheery and helpful nature has seen her become one of our most popular staff members with patients young and old alike, who can always expect a warm welcome from her.

Hannah is our Marketing Manager here at Seapoint Clinic.

With years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design, her background and education in design shines through in everything she does. Hannah is passionate about creativity, with a particular love for photography and all things design-related.

She enjoys meeting and working with people and brings a keen eye for detail to all her projects.

As Practice Manager, Sarah brings years of management experience with a strong focus on delivering five-star customer service.

Her expertise lies in creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment and ensuring that every individual who walks through the door has an exceptional experience. Sarah is dedicated to setting high standards for patient care and service, building strong team relationships, and continually improving practice operations to meet and exceed patient expectations.
