The best dentist experience I've had so far! When I made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service! The appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the Dr. explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease. It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as I was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in Germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point. I can only recommend this dentist!

Hi, Gate Clinic Galway is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team on duty was very professional, gentle, and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on and what to do in order to keep my teeth healthy. Jeannis was so courteous and very kind. She got me the appointment so quickly and assisted me to fill out the form. Hygienist Blaithin did a great job with my teeth, she took her time, and didn't rush. Nurse Patricia was very attentive and friendly. The end result was impeccable. They made me fell comfortable. They all showed excellent consumer service. I'm definitely coming back so soon. I got excellent work done in Rdent on the Headford Rd in Galway by the dentist, and especially with Gillian, the hygienist. With a deep clean, I can't recommend enough; she's brilliant, so helpful, and did an amazing job with my teeth. I learned so much in the process. I would highly recommend, five out of 5.
I needed extensive work (extraction, bridge, crowns, and fillings). From my first consultation with Dr Paul I was impressed with his attention and care and the time taken to explain the process to me. He was kind and caring during treatment and asks "are you ok". Every effort was made to keep me relaxed. I received a follow-up call on the evening after my procedure to check on my progress. It was reassuring to know that Dr Paul was only a phone call away. He was most accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Paul and all the staff at Quay Dental who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
