My daughter has just got her braces off and she delighted with her teeth. Dr Karim was very particular about her teeth even video called during the lockdown and explained everything he was doing. Christina, Lorna and the rest of the staff are lovely and friendly.

I had a bridge fitted with Dr Sarah. This was completed in two appointments. It was pain-free and Sarah was so friendly and calm it was a breeze. I was quite anxious about my upcoming trip to the hygienist for the dreaded scale and polish. It had been over two years since my last visit, and for good reason. My appointment was with Yvonne, and from the moment I met her, she put me at ease. I explained my situation to Yvonne in detail—the hypersensitive gums and my last experience where a former hygienist had to stop because it was unbearable for me. That last visit alone is why it took me over two years to make another appointment. I had to bite the bullet, and I’m relieved and thankful that I did. This experience was completely different from my last. Yvonne made it as comfortable as possible for me, and for the first time, I didn’t leap or ask her to pause or stop entirely. That’s a first for me (and I was, as with all previous visits, anaesthetised to the max). I’m back in the chair in two weeks for more of the same, and this time I won’t have the sleepless nights and anxiety knowing my visit is with Yvonne. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Yvonne.
